Bio / Summary of Expertise
I am currently recognized and respected as one of the leading experts in the field of green building. Over the last 10 years, I have accomplished an extensive list of building projects. Through my work on these projects, I have accumulated a growing list of skills to add to my own innovations in each field. I have trained hundreds of novice and experienced builders in my career. I offer a wide array of services. I design and build custom green homes, teach national workshops on Strawbale and Cob construction, and help owner builders project manage their dream homes. One of my noteworthy assets is the ability to communicate and teach my skills to others in an understandable and accessible way, as evidenced by my extensive teaching credentials. Another asset is my ability to engage the media in my projects. Often, the media buzz surrounding my work replaces any need for advertising. I am contacted frequently by different publications and cable networks for interviews and pilot shows. I have been featured on HGTV and in numerous magazines. This exposure ensures public interest and financial interest in all of my projects.
